August 2010 A journey in fabric and quilting
Welcome to another addition of this newsletter.
Well, we have had quite a bit of rain in the last week or so....very welcome, but soggy now. That makes it a great time for crafting....some stitching, or appliqué, some reading perhaps. I managed to get out in the garden last week before the rain started, trimmed some of my roses, only 4 beds to go! Will leave that for another time I think.
Markets start again next month with the first one being on September 5th, 9am – 2pm, check the website for how to get there. I’ve been busy making heaps of stuff, so come along for a looksee if you are close enough. The Yarra Valley usually has heaps of things to do and see, there are some lovely wineries, cafes and local stores to visit, and coming into the warmer months it’s a great place to visit!
Anyway, onto the reason for this newsletter.....the latest addition of The Chocolate Crow Trader is now...
I have started to list a few Christmas items on Simple Stitches, it’s never too early to get started on the shopping list.
If you see something on the website that you like, but not in your colour, let me know and I’ll see if I have something similar (not’s that listed).
